He has been a persuasive advocate with investors, customers, project financiers, regulators, the press, and in the executive suite. Bill is a degreed Nuclear Engineer and a licensed Professional Engineer (Mechanical) in the State of California with inventions in gas turbines, water treatment, solar power, and energy storage.
